It is evident that the hotel strives for excellence, we received fast and professional service and maintenance staff, air conditioning. The room cleaning staff was courteous, came to clean when we asked, in the hot water pool willingly complied, brought unlimited towels. In serving the food a patient, welcoming staff. At the entrance to the dining room Bat El sits smiling and greets the diners. I'm sorry you do not remember the team by name. This is not my first time at the hotel and it seems to be upgraded every time. Tip, the placemats at dinner and breakfast are not cleaned, offers to wash every time. There was a lack of spoons on the tables. Thank you very much. We will be back again.

The armchair in room 312 is not comfortable at all, low and you can not sit up even for 5 minutes.

The rooms need renovation of the showers and toilets Reasonably for the food The evening lights are excellent Breakfast needs to be improved The cleanliness of the rooms and the balcony needs to be improved The pool and spa are satisfactory as well as the pools and hot tub compared to last year.

1. עמדנו המון זמן בתור לקבלה ביום חמישי . בסוף נכנסתי למשרד ושם עשינו צ'ק אין 2. החדר בסדר אבל לא וואו: וילונות, מקלחת לא הכי נקי 3. בבריכה הפנימית- נעימה ולא וואו. אפשר לשדרג. 4. האוכל בשבת בבוקר לא וואו בגלל הכשרות. אפשר לשדרג. 5. והכי בעייתי שאין חוף פרטי. אמרו בחוף ישרוטל, אבל המרחק גדול להליכה רגלית. התחלנו ללכת וחזרנו . ובחוף ממול לא היה נעים בכלל. אם היו הסעות לחוף זה היה פתר את הבעייה.

נהננו מאוד,נקי,אוכל טעים וטרי,צוות עובדים מצוין.החיסרון היחידי זה הגבלת זמן בבריכות מי מלח.לא מיצינו..הים עדיין קר אז קווינו להעביר יותר זמן בבריכה פנימית.יחד עם זה אנחנו מבינים שההגבלה היא בגלל הקורונה..בהחלט נשקול להגיע שוב.תודה רבה

It's a shame there is no smooth meat ... not even some rabbinate was ... We had to settle for chicken, which by the way was very tasty and something else important for efficiency: the night after midnight I went down to the lobby to drink cold water, and there was not. The reception is not enough to give the right attitude to the guest. For a question, you have to stand in line. Every time we approach the receptionists we have to stand in line. The same applies to entrance and exit. What we did not see in any other hotel.

I arrived at the hotel in 1230 and had to upgrade the room and was informed that the room I ordered would be vacant in the 1800's. Another ready room was immediately available for an additional 150 NIS upgrade. It is not clear to me to this day whether I fell into a marketing exercise or really it was the case. They will be able to charge a nominal amount for upgrading and thus will win another satisfied customer.

Enhance the dance floor. Sea bathing intolerable. No umbrellas water can stay clover and hold them as in the past.

We enjoyed .hbl very slow and small elevators were merged, it was very unpleasant to use them as a room on the 8th floor.

The hotel and the staff are very nice, the maid who has a problem we did not speak Hebrew and it really is absurd that Israel staff do not speak Hebrew, as well as a dining room very dark and very smooth spa floor, I slipped a lot.
